Stephen Millar, Managing
Director
Born Newry, Co Armagh 1971, I completed a B/Tec
National Diploma in Business Studies at Lurgan College
of Further Education. I joined elderly cousins (Tommy
Dorgan) mini-bus firm based in Dublin in 1991 as a
Trainee Manager. I obtained my International
Certificate of Competence in Road Passenger Transport
in 1992 and formed Dorgans Mini Coaches & Chauffeur
Drive with Tommy Dorgan as 50/50 partners, I became the
Operations Manager. I became Managing Director of
the firm in December 1998 following the death of Tommy
Dorgan and I now run the business (known as Dublin Mini
Coaches & Chauffeur Drive) with Brenda
Mackin. My hobbies include swimming and waterpolo
and I have represented Ireland at International level
for Waterpolo and Long Distance Swimming. And September
2009 was part of an Irish Swimming Team which broke the
Guinness book of record for longest open water swim,
which took ten days in Camlough Lake, Co Armagh,
Northern Ireland.

Brenda Mackin, Director
Born Newry in 1973, I completed the B/Tec
National Diploma in Business in Finance at Armagh
College of Further Education and joined Ulster Bank in
1991. Apart from a one year career break in 1995/1996
to undertake a working holiday to Austrailia, I worked
with Ulster Bank until 1998 in their Banbridge, Clones
and Terenure branches as well as their Group Risk
department, Belfast and Central Lending unit,
Dublin.
During this time I completed the Bachelor of Financial
Services by night and was awarded my degree from UCD in
1997. In June 1998, I joined Dorgans Mini Coaches
as Accounts Manager/Financial Director and obtained my
International Certificate of Competence in Road
Passenger Transport in 1999. I worked full time
in the business until 2006 whereupon I completed a
Postgraduate Diploma in Education at UCD and I now
divide my time between assisting with the management of
Dublin Mini Coaches & Chauffeur Drive and
lecturing. My hobbies include pitch n putt and
pilates.

Melissa Pau, General Manager incorporating
all Accounts Administration
Born in France in 1982, I completed a BTS Personal
Assistant Diploma at Advancia School of Commerce,
Paris, in 2004. I was then selected to
participate in the Leonardo Da Vinci programme and I
undertook a six months training placement with Dublin
Mini Coaches in order to obtain foreign work experience
and improve my English. When my placement ended, I was
offered a full time Accounts Assistant role with Dublin
Mini Coaches where I stayed for 1 year before returning
Paris for family reasons whereupon I worked with
International Law and Banking firms for two years as a
Bilingual Assistant. However, having really enjoyed my
time with Dublin Mini Coaches the opportunity to return
to work with them came up in July 2008 and I was
employed in the Operations Department for 1 year as
Booking & Reservations Executive. In May
2009, I moved back to the Accounts Department and
I now look after all the Accounts Administration for
the business. I was recently promoted to General
Manager and I now also assist the Directors with the
overall running of the business on a daily basis.
My hobbies include listening to music, reading, drawing
and having fun with my daughter.

Paul Holland, Operations Executive
Born in Kingston Upon Hull, England in 1981, I
completed 11 G.C.S.Es and moved to live and work in
Leeds, West Yorkshire as part of the administration
team of a city-based Solicitors. In 2007, I moved to
Ireland to be closer to family and was based in
Westmeath whereupon I went back to college to study
various FETAC Level 5 computer packages such as SAGE,
Web Design and Desktop Publishing. In May 2009 I
moved to Dublin and joined Dublin Mini Coaches as
Operations Executive at a time of significant change
within the business due to the introduction of shift
work, however my transport industry experience from my
interest in Equestrian Sport and my fathers occupation
as a long distance haulier contributed greatly to me
settling into the new role. My hobbies include going to
the gym, horse riding and socialising with my partner
and friends.

Nhung Le, Booking & Reservations
Executive
Born in Vietnam in 1984. I completed a three year BA
in Accounting & Finance and one year of Masters in
International Business at Griffith College,
Dublin. In May 2009, I joined Dublin Mini Coaches
as Booking & Reservations Executive and I am now
able to put into practice some of the business theory I
have learned to date. I enjoy learning new tasks
due to the job rotation system within the
business. My hobbies include DIY, travelling,
watching TV and reading.
